The camera has (2) strobe outputs. These outputs can be individually set to either be synchronous with the integration period or the trigger input.
If Strobe Source is set to Integration Period, the strobe out signal will go high when integration begins. (The output can be inverted if desired).
If Strobe Source is set to Trigger Input, the strobe out signal will will go high when the trigger input signal goes high. (Again the output can be inverted if desired).
The Strobe Duration can be set to the desired time (in uS). If set to zero, the strobe signal will track the Strobe Source (Integration Period or Trigger Input).
A Strobe Delay can be programmed which will delay the strobe for the specified time.
